I upgraded but don't get the Pro or Max Premium service?
After you make the payment, but if you are still on Free version instead of Premium service or Enterprise service after 10 minutes, please double check you are using the right email account when making the payment. One possible reason is that people might use another email account for the payment so the Premium service is linked to that email account. Please contact us below and we can resolve the issue for you.

After I upgrade to the Premium Service, can I cancel it if I no longer need it?
Yes, you can cancel the future subscription any time through 'Account' → 'Manage your plan'. After that, you could follow the instructions and the subscription will be cancelled immediately afterward.
If you cancel before the end of current subscription period, you will still be able to use your license, up to the last day of the subscription.

How many credits do the Free Plan offer?
The Free Plan are currently offering 5 free credits every day and 15 total credits for tools and agents.
What is your refund policy?
We offer free or free trial services with our products, so refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider a refund if you have NOT used our product (to performed any actions) and the purchase was made within the last two weeks. In this case, please email us at contact@zsoft.ai, and we can assist you and evaluate it on a case-by-case basis.

Is my data used to train your AI models?
No, any data you interact with on our product is not used to enhance the learning or learning of ChatGPT/Gemini/Claude/Llama/xAI models.
